As February winds down, March is fast approaching and it is a busy month here at Sonshine with lots of events to look forward to!
Some dates to keep in mind!
On March 8th our Kindergarteners and 1st graders will be taking a field trip to the Children’s Museum in Portland.
On March 9th our 2nd and 3rd graders will be taking a field trip to see Journey Theater’s Production of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.
On Thursday, March 17th we will be having a FUNDRAISER at the Vancouver Old Spaghetti Factory. Between 4:30pm-8pm the Vancouver Old Spaghetti Factory will donate 15% of your dinner’s proceeds to Sonshine Christian School when you present the “Let’s Eat Out” Flyer which you can download HERE! March 24th we will have early release in preparation for our New Student Preview Night at 6:30pm that evening! This is an event for prospective new students who would like more information about the Sonshine. Be sure to spread the word!
On March 25th there is no school.
Tuesday, March 29th at 6:30pm we will have another planning meeting for our annual dinner and auction which will be held on Saturday, May 14th. Anyone who would like to help is welcome to attend this meeting. This years theme is A Night in Italy. Make sure to pick up your tickets at either the Daycare or Elementary school offices.
