Steven Woodley

I am a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest. I have a love for the outdoors taking photographs of the beauty of God’s work. My teaching journey started at Clark College where I taught courses in Biology. I have been a 5th grade teacher at a private school in Battleground, Washington for 2 years. I am grateful and feel blessed to get to serve the students at Sonshine Christian School in science and math. I also serve as a Care Pastor at Living Hope Church where God is using me to encourage and comfort those experiencing trials in their lives. I love serving others and teaching children and young adults about the love Jesus has for each of us. I live in Portland with my wife Vawn and our cat Cuddles. One of my favorite Bible verses is Jeremiah 29:11 which says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
